FAQ 9
Last updated 02/29/08
I have my new flat panel TV installed and on certain stations it looks terrible, why?
- What you are seeing is your beautiful new TV showing you every
detail of the extremely poor signal that has been sent to your house
for decades. In other words, the weak link in the chain of old
tube type TV's used to be the TV but now, with the introduction of LCD,
Plasma, and DLP, the weak link is the signal coming from the broadcast
station.
- The fix for this is coming in February of 2009 when all broadcasts
must go digital. This will mean that the signal to your TV will
finally be completely digital from the source and not just from your
service provider.
